How We Ship
Each product ships by a set method based on its type, so you won’t need to choose a shipping option at checkout.

Within Canada, we ship via Canada Post Registered Mail™ or Expedited Parcel™. Registered Mail™ orders (decals only) need a signature on delivery, so please make sure someone is available to receive your package.

For US orders, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage®, our most economical option for our American customers.

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.

Shipping Rates
All online orders ship at a base rate + additional item. All prices are in Canadian dollars / CAD$.

Decal orders in Canada from CAD $16.50 Canada Post Registered Mail™, and to United States from CAD $6.50 via USPS Ground Advantage®.

Books carry a higher shipping rate due to weight. You can save on shipping by combining books and decals in one order.

US Orders: Duties and Tariffs
All US orders ship duty prepaid. You will not pay any duties, tariffs, or fees on delivery.

Since August 29, 2025, the US has suspended duty free de minimis treatment for low value imports under Section 321 of the Tariff Act of 1930. Every US order now needs a formal customs declaration. Our customs agent files it in US dollars before your order crosses the border. The tariff amount depends on each item’s country of origin and is included in your order total.

Processing Time
We aim to ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it. During busy periods, this can take up to 48 hours.

Delivery Times
Canada: Canada Post delivers all Canadian orders. Delivery estimates are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Provincial 2-3 Business Days, and National 5-7 Business Days.

United States: Our third party logistics (3PL) partner collects your order and forwards it to the USPS Post Office in Blaine, WA, which takes 3 to 5 Business Days. Delivery within the US then takes another 5 to 7 Business Days, so please allow about 8 to 12 business days in total.

All Sales Are Final
All books and decals sold by Corgi Decals are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. Refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, as described below. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Check Your Order on Arrival
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within [5] days of receipt. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We will refund any item that:

• Arrives damaged.

• Has a manufacturing defect.

• Is not the item you ordered.

• Is missing from your order.

To make a claim, contact us with:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the item and the packaging, inside and out (not required for missing items).

Once we confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund for the affected item, including shipping. You do not need to send the item back. Where damage occurred in transit, we will handle any claim with Canada Post or USPS directly. This applies to orders shipped within Canada and to the United States.

Shipping Address
All orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Orders Shown as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated on the outcome.

Proof of Purchase
All claims require your order number or order confirmation email.

How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [7] business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
